CLE - Continuing Legal Education for Attorneys:
YourOnlineProfessor.net is an Accredited Provider for Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education, through The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania's Continuing Legal Education Board.  Registered as sponsor #7003, you may also find us on the CLE Board's official List of Accredited Providers.
Our CLE programs have been designed with a consistent commitment to quality and are completely integrated into the PA CLE database, to ensure that your credit hours are issued in accordance with state guidelines in a seamless and efficient manner.  Pennsylvania CLE credits issued by us will be viewable through the state's MyPACLE portal, viewable at this link.

We also hold "accredited provider" status through the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education, the Commission of Continuing Legal Education in Delaware, and the State Bar of California.

CLE credit is available in New York state through reciprocity; and many course offerings are approved individually in the state of Texas.

Self-Study and Distance-Learning Limits:
Programs available via our website fall into the categories of self-study or distance-learning.  Depending on your location, there may be a limit on the number of CPE or CLE credit hours that you can earn via self-study or distance learning for a given period.
For instance, for Pennsylvania Accountants, the State Board accepts credit from individual study programs, however, the maximum continuing education credit from self-study courses is limited to 50% of the biennial requirement, or 40 hours.   In Pennsylvania, CPE programs determined to be "interactive" are based on a 50-minute credit hour, and those classified as "non-interactive" generally receive credit for half of the time it would take to complete.
For Pennsylvania attorneys receiving CLE credit, the state of Pennsylvania has a limit of 4 hours of distance-learning for a given reporting period, but is currently transitioning to a slightly different limitation structure.
YourOnlineProfessor.net will occasionally host live seminars that can count towards requirements that fall outside of these limits.  Please check our site often for details.
